Returns
For delivery we work with UPS , for payment we work with Square Trade . Your payment will be secured at Square Trade untill
you receive the product(s) . After you test the products and sign for receiving they give us your confirmation of payment.
We have one account at Square Trade over 32000 Euros for our buyers protection. If something is wrong with one bike Square
Trade will pay the return from our account and you will receive another bike in 2-5 working days. It is available with the
warranty for the bike too , if something is wrong with the bike in the period when is in warranty you anounce us and one agent
from Square Trade will come to pick up the bike from your location and give you a new bike .
